Adopted but returned to the shelter
Digger, a 3-year-old Patterdale, came to Good Life Dog Rescue as a stray dog. The pup was beyond happy after he had been adopted recently. But sadly, the life with his new owner didn’t work out resulting in the heartbroken pooch returning to the shelter five months later.

Described as ‘one very loving dog’, this furball likes to stay active and is made for walks and hikes.

He loves his ball and his playtimes and we feel a confident owner and home that are super active and can burn energy would be ideal. Digger has shown no issues with dogs at kennels however due to his confidence we feel that home as the only dog is best suited.
The charity would also like to hear from Patterdale lovers who have previously owned this breed and anyone else who’d be committed to teaching the cheeky pooch ‘boundaries and fair rules’. Keen hikers and families with older children are welcome.
