McDonald's customer suing the restaurant after allegedly being served metal in his meal

Occasionally, these instances have been downright dangerous to the health and safety of some McDonald's customers. For example, people have reported getting sick from eating undercooked chicken nuggets or even its food causing severe injuries to children.
More under this adMore under this adNow, as reported by New Minister Record, a Vancouver man has decided to take things into his own hand and sue McDonald's claiming that he has been severely injured and even acquired a 'food phobia,' after being served this unacceptable metal object with his meal at the restaurant.
McDonald's customer served metal bolt with his meal
The McDonald's customer Roman Chromy, who is a carpenter, dined at the fast-food restaurant's branch located 815 McBride Boulevard on Nov. 11, 2021. During his meal, he accidentally consumed a metal bolt.
More under this adMore under this adApart from the obvious contamination of food that the presence of the metal object alludes to, the customer also claims that he was left with lasting physical and mental injuries from the incident.
As per the report, he is now suing McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada Ltd., McBride McDonald’s manager, Joe Guzzo, and the McDonald's restaurant's franchisee for damages. The amount is unspecified at the moment.

Customer claims that his injuries were caused by McDonald's negligence
As per New Minister Record, the customer is suing McDonald's for a litany of allegations. He alleges that the incident with the metal bolt caused 'injury, loss and damage,' to him. Quoting the report, these included

The claim filed by the customer in court states,
