Recently, UK supermarket giants Lidl, Tesco and Asda issued a concerning warning over foods that are reportedly not fit for consumption. According to Wales Online, they have recalled a variety of products over the past few weeks and are encouraging their customers to bring back these products and receive a full refund.
More under this adMore under this adThe reason for the urgent recall varies from incorrect labelling to possible bacteria infection in the food and tinned fish. The warning and the detailed list of defective products were published on the website of the Food Safety Agency (FSA).

Each supermarket had different food items that were unfit for consumption. While shopping in Tesco be sure to avoid the Tesco Mixed Fruit and Nut, 450g, sachet, because according to Daily Record, it contains milk that is ‘not mentioned on the label’.

Lastly, Asda urged customers to return their White Lasagne Sauce, 480g, because of a possible ‘microbiological contamination risk due to a production fault’.
