Without regular frequency of intercourse as you get older the walls of your vagina thin out and can lead to painful sex when you finally get back into the sack.
This phenomenon also gets worse when menopause hits. Experts even advise having regular intercourse when you get older to avoid this unpleasantness.

The older you get, the less your body produces oestrogen. On its own, this isn’t all bad. But this natural body development can lead to a lack of natural lubrication.
