Appalling cruelty
A small dog got a new lease on life after it was miraculously found abandoned in a remote location by an ‘isolated’ quarry on a festive night. The pooch was traumatised and scared. The distressing images shared by its rescuers show that the poor animal has almost no hair.

The dog, who was not named by the charity, is now on her road to recovery, which includes extensive treatment, medicated baths and weekly check-ups.

This little girl was abandoned in a quarry on New Year’s Eve; in such an isolated place, it is very lucky that she was found in time.
The dog now often wears a knitted jumper in order to keep warm due to its nearly bald body and 'likes to snuggle up for a nap in her favourite fluffy bed'.

According to the RSPCA, this is just one example of the many tragic cases of neglect they experience on a daily basis.
The poor dog’s story posted on Facebookprompted anger and sadness among animal lovers in the comments section.
