Vodka butter recipe

TikToker @carolinagelen shared the viral vodka butter recipe, which has now been viewed over 1.4 million times.

In the video, she simply scoops up dollops of salted butter and puts it in the food processor. Then she proceeds to add vodka to the mix. She then combines the two until they are well-infused. And that’s it: the vodka butter is ready.

The creator slaters a generous amount of the vodka infused butter on toasted bread, and then tops it up with an anchovy, and lemon zest.
