McDonald’s fall menu introduces a cheesy treat straight from the 80s

McDonald’s has already given its menu a shakeup that will see some of its much-loved summer menu items discontinued while returning several old favourites like Spicy Chicken McNuggetsand Big Tasty burger. In another exciting turn of events, as per a report by CNN Business,McDonald’s USA will debut its Cheese Danish in its fall menu lineup for a limited time this month.

McDonald’s Cheese Danish
A dessert very similar to the new McDonald’s Cheese Danish was first introduced to its menu in the 1980s. This will be reintroduced with a "fresh take" from September 14. McDonald’s Cheese Danish is a flaky pastry which is filled on the inside with sweet cream cheese and topped with a delicious buttery streusel and light vanilla drizzle.
Announcing the new item, McDonald’s commented,

McDonald’s McCafé Bakery
McDonald’s Cheese Danish has been introduced as part of the McCafé Bakery line. The Danish would be joining other McDonald’s sweet treats like Apple Fritter, Blueberry Muffin, and Cinnamon Roll.
More under this adMore under this adMcCafé Bakery was first introduced in November 2020. It offers a range of sweet treats along with hot beverages such as coffee, that can be enjoyed throughout the whole day.
