After the boy came clean, he was rushed to surgery, where the doctors performed a two-hour operation and removed 70 magnetic balls from his body. As per lead surgeon, Tao Chang, the medical team had quite a difficulty while performing the surgery:
The balls stick to each other and it’s difficult to remove them as a whole lump, so at the beginning, we could only pick up two or three at a timeMore under this adMore under this ad

However, this is not the first time a person had inserted a foreign object up to the body’s orifice, where it didn’t belong. The doctors have seen many similar cases where the patient is usually between 10 to 15 years of age.
