Now, she's making us doubt her 'loyal' status yet again by making a dig against her fellow Love Island girls in an interview with The Sun. Whilst she didn't name any names, her comments about plastic surgery definitely seem like they were aimed at some of the other girls in the villa - including her best mate Dani.
