Dancing on Ice is just weeks away from returning to our TV screens. While no fixed start date has been confirmed for the show, it is expected to kick off sometime in January. The show had been presented by Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield for a very long time. However, after Phillip stepped down from his presenting duties and Holly also took a step back, show bosses were in trouble.

Stephen Mulhern signs up for Dancing On Ice
Amidst this, ITV bosses can heave a sigh of relief as Stephen Mulhern has officially signed up for the show. He was in talks of replacing Phillip and it is now confirmed that at least one of the presenters of the show would be him.

It is understood that Holly’s long time friend Stephen will help persuade her to return to the rink. However, in case that doesn’t happen show bosses also have a list of backup names ready to replace Holly. These names include - Josie Gibson, Rochelle Humes and Christine Lampard. A source added:
