Rumour has it that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex may be looking at other properties in an exclusive gated community in the US. After police installed licence plate-scanning cameras close to Harry and Meghan's residence in response to an increase in crime in the area, rumours about their intention to relocate began to circulate.

This comes after the Sussex couple is believed to have outgrown their existing $ 14 million Montecito mansion and feel it 'does not properly accommodate them,' reports MailOnline. Apparently, they are eyeing the exclusive Hope Ranch community where luxury homes go as high as $22million.
A country club, golf club, tennis court, and equestrian trails are all a part of the Hope Ranch community – which is about 10 miles away from the Sussexes’ current home. The Sun confirms Hope Ranch would be a quieter community for Prince Harry, Meghan and their kids.
More under this adMore under this adSome of the rumours swirling around the couple also state that they may have already bought a property, but there’s no evidence to support the statement. Additionally, it is unclear if the couple is looking for a bigger or smaller mansion than their existing one.

According to the publication, their $14 million property has 9 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms and is situated on 7.4 acres with views of the Pacific Ocean. It has a private theatre, gym, spa, wine cellar and swimming pool. Not only this, but it also has a separate guesthouse where Meghan's mother – Doria Ragland – resides when she visits from Los Angeles.
