According to The Sun, one of Prince Andrew’s friends has revealed that the Duke is ‘determined to stay put’ at the Royal Lodge. Despite his inability to afford the running costs of the Royal Lodge at Windsor, the disgraced Duke - whose ex-wife is making a film about her life - is refusing to move out.
One of Prince Andrew’s friends said:

Considering Princess Eugenie and the birth of her new baby, another friend added:
Eugenie is heavily pregnant and her parents expect to have the new grandchild there this summer.
This comes after it was reported that King Charles is planning to slash Prince Andrew’s £250k grant that he used to receive on an annual basis from Queen Elizabeth II.

Prince William to move into Royal Lodge
It is understood that Prince William will be moving into the Royal Lodge after Prince Andrew vacates the house. Allegedly, plans are already in place to allow The Wales family to move into the vast property.
The step seems logical for the growing Wales family with three kids - Princess Charlotte, Prince George and Prince Louis. Meanwhile, Prince Andrew is expected to move to Frogmore Cottage - that the Sussexes have been asked to vacate. The initial deadline for Prince Andrew’s move was set up to be in September, but it was too early to make the shift. A friend of Prince Andrew said:

Why not do the decent thing, sit down and talk? If they need the house for William, perhaps Andrew should be told. Perhaps William should invite his uncle for tea and explain?
