Prince Andrew’s ex-wife Fergie allegedly in works to make a film about her life

Sarah Ferguson is reportedly thinking of making a new film after her one-time producer experience on the acclaimed 2009 film The Young Victoria - where Princess Beatrice made an appearance. The Duchess is currently promoting her latest novel - A Most Intriguing Lady.

Prince Andrew - who is also thinking of doing a tell-all interview - and Sarah Ferguson are trying a lot of things to reinvent themselves and their career. Sarah, in particular, is spending a lot of time in the US as a source claimed ‘America looks likely to play a big part in her future.’

The 63-year-old co-founded a Paris-based movie company Vestapol Films last year and is going to make her new film soon. She was good friends with Elvis Presley’s daughter Lisa Marie Presley, reported Mirror. It is understood that Lisa spoke about Sarah and her daughter Riley Keough collaborating on a project together. A source said:

Shortly before Lisa’s death, she spoke to the Duchess about the idea of collaborating with Riley on a movie, perhaps based on the Duchess’s novels or her own life story.

The Duchess is determined to be there for Lisa Marie’s children and support them in any way she can.

Riley Keough is an American actress best known for her role in Amazon Prime’s Daisy Jones & The Six.

Sarah and US - a career affair?

This comes after it was earlier revealed that Sarah - who was never forgiven by Prince Philip - wants to reinvent herself as an author and a public figure in the US. She was tipped to make an appearance during the Oscars this year with the Presley family. A source told The Sun at that time:

She has been a very close friend of the Presley family, especially Elvis’ daughter Lisa Marie, and she even spoke at her funeral recently.

That sparked some conversations about the possibility of her attending – and after some back and forth it looks like it’s happening.
