Pippa Middleton is Princess Kate’s younger sister. It seems as though she also lives quite a lavish life and is set to inherit a home that comes with an official title.

Pippa Middleton is a very private person. As she has no celebrity status or Royal blood, she is often only in the media as she is Princess Kate’s sister. Therefore not a lot is known about her life, in fact, there was a lot of speculation that Pippa and her husband had a third child. However, it seems as though Pippa and her husband will inherit a lavish Scottish home in the future.

Affric Lodge

Pippa and her husband, James Matthews originally lived in a £17 million townhouse in Chelsea. Then the pair moved to Berkshire to live in a £15 million retreat. However, it could happen that the family move to Scotland as Matthews’ father owns the Glen Affric estate in the Scottish Highlands.

Pippa’s father-in-law, David Matthews, bought the estate in 2018. Affric Lodge is on 10,000 acres with a loch that shares the same name. It is currently not known how much David Matthews paid for the estate, but according to reports, you can stay at Affric Lodge for three nights for £11,800 with 8 people, or £17,800 for a group of 16 guests.

Affric Lodgemary has hosted some high profiles, including the late Queen Elizabeth’s grandmother, Mary, and David Beckham filmed an advert on the premises.

Pippa Middleton to become a Lady?

As David Matthew’s bought the estate in 2028, he has held the title of Laird of Glen Affric for 5 years. Like with any title, upon his death, the estate will be passed down to his son, James. When that happens, James will become the new Laird of Glen Affric, making Pippa Lady Glen Affric.

Pippa’s brother James Middleton is one of the hosts of the estate. He described life on the estate to Eden Being:
