Paris Fury admits she's 'not ready' to be a grandmother at 37

Paris Fury reveals how it feels to watch her eldest daughter Venezuela prepare for marriage so young—especially with whispers of becoming a grandmother at just 37. What does Paris really think as her family life prepares for another major chapter?

It’s been a whirlwind in the Fury household lately. With her trademark honesty, Paris Fury opens up about her daughter Venezuela’s engagement, the approaching wedding, and the mixed emotions that come with possibly becoming a granny before she turns 40. Paris, who first stepped into the public eye alongside her champion husband Tyson Fury, now finds herself navigating the joys and anxieties of seeing her own daughter take a leap into adulthood. For Paris, who’s only 36, the thought of her 17-year-old planning a wedding is “mind-blowing”—and the idea of grandchildren, almost surreal.

Wedding bells for Venezuela: excitement, nerves, and a family in the spotlight

The engagement became official last September, as Venezuela celebrated her 16th birthday with a proposal from her boyfriend Noah—sparking excitement and a flurry of wedding plans for May 2026.

“I didn't feel old enough for this, but she is over-the-moon happy. The two of them are in their own little bubble. And look, I got married myself, at 18.”

Paris reflects on watching her daughter retrace steps that once felt so daring in her own youth. Now with Netflix cameras following the family for another series of "At Home With the Furys," these private milestones are set to unfold publicly, too.

“No rush”: Grandparenthood on the horizon, but not just yet

Some might jump to the conclusion that a wedding means babies can’t be far behind. For Paris, the notion of becoming a ‘glam-ma’ is something she’s both dreading and finding surprisingly funny.

“Venezuela's only young herself. They want to do some travelling, make their own life together first, so there's no rush. I don't think I'll be mentally prepared for that, even in a few years' time. We'll see!”

There’s warmth and vulnerability in how she admits:

“Hopefully it will be a few years from now. But oh my goodness, I can't even imagine being a granny! It will be a great moment in family life, but it will be a bit scary. But it will be quite nice to look fresh and be a glam-ma!”

Venezuela, for her part, hints at something both lavish and small for the big day:

“We're thinking it'll be quite small, but to anyone else it'll be like the biggest wedding in the world, because we're all very OTT!”

The entire Fury clan will be involved, as always.

New chapters, nostalgia and family bonds

For Paris, the thought of Venezuela moving out brings both pride and pangs of loss. The young couple has already secured their own home, marking the start of independence—and Paris worries about the quiet that will settle in. Tyson, meanwhile, remains ever supportive, balancing training camps abroad with family back home. And for the rest of the Fury brood—six more children under Paris’s roof—life ticks on at its usual mad pace, school routines and filming days blending into the new normal.
