Maura Higgins and Curtis Pritchard rose to fame after their stint on Love Island season 5 and are one of two remaining couples since the series ended along with contestants Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague. The two couples attended the National Television Awards together with Maura and Curtis acting as social media managers for the ceremony.

The night ended in tears for the couple, however, as Maura was becoming upset with Curtis' excessive drinking at the boozy afterparty.Friends tried to escort Pritchard out of the party but he refused to leave and wanted to let loose instead.

A source told the Daily Mail that Maura confided in her friends saying that Curtis was a 'user' and felt 'like a d*** for trusting him'
“At one point she was cowering in a corner as he towered over her as they continued to argue.”
After the argument, Maura stayed away from Curtis for the rest of the night and was seen leaving the party alone.
This comes just weeks after Pritchard was made to defend rumours of cheatingafter being seen hugging another woman as he was leaving a club at New Years.
