So what's the problem? How could cunnilingus be deadly for some?

In England, 18 women died over the course of 20 years due to air being blown into the vagina during cunnilingus. Journalist Anouk Perry looked into the matter and highlights this article dating from 2013 which effectively explains that several women have died because of orogenital sex.

Note that it is not a very good idea to blow into your partner's vagina and that even if cases of death are extremely rare, it is better to be safe than sorry!
Other sources have confirmed that ‘blowing into the vagina is no joke, because it can cause pneumoperitoneum, requiring surgery. Abdominal pain, convulsions, even coma and death have been recorded.’
