Peppermint Oil

Peppermint oil has menthol in it, which will stimulate blood flow at the target area. This would speed up the healing process of the hickey. However, peppermint oil could irritate your skin a little if applied directly. Dilute it with a carrier oil so that it doesn’t backfire.

Pineapple

Bromelain is a type of enzyme found in pineapple and is best known to reduce pain and soreness. It may also help ease inflammation and swelling. Simply put a piece of pineapple on the affected area and let it work its magic.
