There are a few things that unite humans and makes them similar, and those are our daily habits of eating, sleeping, and washing up. While some people don't take a shower or bath everyday, we all have our own ways of staying hygienic—and sometimes it reveals a lot about who we are as well.

It also turns out that we were are washing up, many people forget to clean certain parts of their body. Even adults forget to wash this one part of the body.

A Twitter (now known as X) poll from 2019 has revealed which part of the body is most likely to get overlooked! Conor Arpwel asked Internet users about whether they wash their legs in the shower.
And while 80% of respondents confirmed that they did, indeed, wash their legs, 20% admitted that they didn't think they needed to wash that part of their body.
More under this adMore under this adIt doesn't seem like a lot of people but when you take into consideration the fact that 800,000 people participate in the poll, it really is.
160,000 confessed that they often stopped washing their bodies below their private parts. In other words, they skip cleaning their thighs and legs, as well as their feet.
More under this adMore under this adOutraged by this finding, a number of Internet users took to social media to let their followers know about it. Those in favour of not washing the lower body spoke up to defend themselves.

Why do people skip washing their legs in the shower?
Others justified themselves by explaining that, if youwash your upper body in the shower, your lower body is subsequently washed by the soapy water that trickles down to it. According to them, unless it's extremely dirty, this is enough to clean the lower part of their anatomy.
Surprised by the proportions his debate took in just a few days, the young American man, Conor Arpwel, decided to call this case 'Wash Gate' and tweeted:
