This common Covid-19 booster side effect is not what you would expect

After two years and several variants and numerous sub variants, it would appear that Covid-19 is starting to fit in. The virus is evolving and according to researchers, is beginning to take on features and characteristics of the flu, colds and allergies. This is particularly evident among the vaccinated many of whom are reporting a common symptom of the virus after an infection.

Sneezing
In the early months of Covid-19, sneezing was not one of the symptoms commonly reported among those who caught it. As you may already know, getting vaccinated does not mean you cannot get Covid-19. You could, but the symptoms may be milder.

The ZOE Health Study which tracks Covid-19 symptoms has named sneezing as one of the symptoms exclusive to people have received the booster jab and later tested positive for the virus.
More under this adMore under this adCuriously, we noticed that people who had been vaccinated and then tested positive for COVID-19 were more likely to report sneezing as a symptom compared with those without a jab.
Vaccines work
Apart from sneezing and other symptoms which manifest mildly among the multiple-vaxxed, the team of researchers at ZOE found that generally, fewer symptoms were reported. This suggests that this group of people experience less severe illness and faster recovery.

Bottom line, although you may still get Covid-19 even if your vaccination status is up-to-date, the virus will not affect as badly as it would if you hadn’t taken those jabs.
