What is a ‘detox bath’?
The ‘derivative bath’ is a natural ancestral technique that aims to refresh a woman’s intimate parts using cold water or frozen gel packs.

You’ll be sure to enjoy a detox bath. Among other things, it allows you to:
- Refresh yourself
- Regulate body temperature
- Fight fatigue
- Improve digestion
- Eliminate bad fats
- Revitalise certain body functions
- Regain more energy
Some sources even claim that a detox bath can have healing effects for conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
How to have a detox bath?
How do you go about having one? As France Guillain puts it:
The technique consists of cooling exclusively the perineum and the lower folds of the groin, while keeping the rest of the body warm, for ideally 3 hours a day for a ‘thin’ and healthy person. Much longer in other cases.
In other words: Sit over a bowl or bidet, run a glove under cold water, and then move it back and forth over the perineum and groin folds for 15 to 20 minutes.

Be reassured that there are no risks. In addition, for those in a hurry, a detox bath can also be substituted by the use of frozen gel packs, which can be placed in your pants, such as these:
However, this practice is not recommended for pregnant women, people who have undergone surgery, and those who have a pacemaker. So, are you convinced? Try it for yourself and let us know!
