Spinal issues

If you have issues with your spine then more than likely there will be damaged nerves. As a result, it will be visible on your hands. Try doing yoga and stretches to strengthen your back muscles.

Carpal tunnel syndrome

Do your hands oftentimes feel numb and tingly during the night? If so, this could be an early case of carpal tunnel syndrome because there isn't enough blood flow movement in your hands. If this happens then try shaking or stretching out your hands on a regular basis.

Buerger's disease

Are your fingers very sensitive, white, or even blue? If so, then this could be a sign of a rare condition called Buerger's disease which is caused by inflammation of the arteries, veins, and vessels. The main cause is due to high tobacco usage. Depending on the severity, it could lead to a severe infection or even gangrene and amputation of the limbs.
