Temperature

When the weather turns cold, people could have the urge to visit the toilet more often than usual.

Small bladder

If you have a small bladder, it could result in you having to pee very often. However, you can in time, train your bladder to increase its capacity to hold liquid. This is to be done with the guidance of a physician, by resisting the inexplicable urge to use the restroom so frequently.

Diabetes

Diabetes could be one reason for your frequent toilet visit. However, it usually comes in conjunction with other symptoms such as fatigue, weight loss, trouble with vision, and slow-healing wounds

Kidney problems

While kidney stones can lead to people having to pee very often, it is accompanied by other symptoms such as pain in the belly and groin area, nausea, vomiting, fever, and chills.
