Cleaning it is very simple: you can either fill it with hot water and a little soap or mix white vinegar with hot water and let it work its magic. Moreover, if you notice that several elements on your bottle are detachable, remember to clean them as well, since germs can form even in areas that are difficult to reach.
2. Closing it when it is empty
As soon as your bottle is empty and you are not going to use it until the next day, for example, remember to rinse it and leave the lid open. Why? This allows it to air out and prevents germs from gathering on the wet sides.
