To prevent or at least reduce snoring, Dr. Seb suggests the following steps:

  • take a deep breath in through the nose, then out through the nose
  • pinch your nose and perform a Valsalva manoeuvre by shaking your head to the side for 5 seconds
  • stop pinching your nose and exhale through your nose
