The resilient puppy who overcame the trauma

Skye, a tan-white greyhound crossbreed puppy, is an ‘inquisitive little soul’ that won the hearts of her carers in the RSPCA from the first day she was brought into the shelter. The pooch was adopted but, sadly, got left back to the charity, which caused her a lot of trauma. Though Skye was made to feel ‘unwanted’, this ‘little lady’ is now doing well physically and mentally. She is in desperate need of a loving owner who won’t bail on her, won’t change their mind, and will give her a forever home.

Ideally, she needs an owner experienced with her breed and able to provide a calm environment. She will benefit from kind help to train and heal, so she can grow into a good girl.

Skye is a highly intelligent animal and loves to learn, which will be helpful to an owner who’ll fall in love with this special puppy.

A dog full of energy, Skye will do great in a house with a large secure garden to burn off all that extra puppy excitement.

She loved attention ever since she was a baby, and still prefers to be an only child in the household. She wouldn’t want to share you with another pet. Anyone who decides to adopt Skye and put their heart into caring for her will get a ‘pure delight’ of a dog, a loyal companion and a lot of fun guaranteed.
