Aldi has launched a product that is revolutionising the market. Oliver Cromwell London Dry Gin has been voted the best gin in the world in a blind tasting at the International Wine and Spirits Challenge.
Aldi's gin costs just £9.97 for a 700ml bottle. It beat Foxhole London Dry Gin, which retails for a much more pricey £39.95, into second position in the blind taste tests. Aldi also won prizes for several of its other spirits and liquors, proving that you don't necessarily need to splash the cash to get the best quality.
