Man Arrested After Waitress He Groped Takes Him Down And Goes Viral

Emelia Holden was working her waitressing job at Vinnie Van Go-Go’s in Savannah, Georgia when a male customer decided to grope her bum from behind as he passed by. Emelia reacted with lightning speed, grabbing the pervert and slamming him to the floor.

It has now emerged that police were then called to the diner and the culprit - 31-year-old Ryan Cherwinski was arrested. Cherwinski was at the diner on a 'date night' with his girlfriend of 11 years - who also happens to be the mother of his twin baby daughters.

He was kept in jail for two nights and released on the 2nd of July. He will now face charges of sexual battery.
