The reality star looks totally unrecognisable in her latest selfie, and fans couldn’t help but express their concern. Khloe turned off the comments, so fans took to Twitter to voice their opinion.

One fan wrote, “This is not a hate tweet, I love Koko she’s the realest but there’s really something diff about this selfie of hers." Her followers couldn’t help but notice her evolving nose.
