We've all been waiting for this since the end of the ACTUAL Love Island series, and FINALLY, ITV has given us a teaser for the first season of the Love Island Winter Edition!

This year Love Island was no different than previous years, chock-full of drama and emotion. Even after Amber and Greg were voted winners of this past season, the drama has continued outside of the villa and we can't get enough of it.

Love Island Caroline Flack greeted us with a few mysterious snaps these few weeks, revealing the destination, a brand new villa, in South Africa. An insider confirmed MailOnline that the staff working on the was indeed heading to Cape Town on New Year's Eve and have a week to prepare before the launch on January 8.

Rumours have been spread, few names dropped, model Ellis Iyayi was one of the potential islanders to enter the villa this winter. Jay Munro, a model went viral for opening doors on The Voice and was also rumoured to be heading to Love Island Villa.

A TV source told MailOnline:

'The new cast of singletons fly out just days before the launch but bosses work with test Islanders to uncover the best spots in the villa to create drama.'
