He Went In For a Nose Job… And Came Out With a Permanent Erection

At 45 years old, Neven Ciganovic is a complete plastic surgery addict. The Croatian stylist and reality TV star can’t stop going under the knife. He’s already had 12 operations.

Most recently, he went to Iran to have his nose operated on a third time…but he certainly didn’t expect to come out with a very strange side effect. The unlucky stylist had to return to Croatia after his nose job to be treated for a priapism: in layman’s terms, a permanent erection. In addition to being very painful, a complication like this can prove dangerous as well—Ciganovic had to be kept under hospital observation for five days. It took another surgery to get him back to normal. Despite all this trouble, he apparently didn’t come out too shaken. Ciganovic is already planning his next operation.
