After enduring her time in the Jungle, Emily Atack was less than happy to come across disgraceful comments poking judgements at her from every angle after watching her on I'm A Celeb. She posted a response that prove she's above the haters...

As we've found out in an interview between Dec and Emily, who came fresh out of the Jungle, the Inbetweeners sweetheart had a pretty tough year following her split from boyfriend of five years. Amongst the heartbreak and struggles to find work, Emily's confidence was suffering before she went to Australia to be on the show - "I came into the year, a difficult start to the year. I didn't know what I was doing or where I wanted to go," she told Dec on the show.

However, the twenty-eight-year-old undoubtedly proved herself on the show as she came to be a close runner-up to King of the Jungle, Harry Redknapp, as well as being an absolute delight on the show. But, you could truly say Emily is a winner in other ways as she opens up about her growth on the show whilst beaming with confidence. "This place has given me such self-acceptance. I worry about things constantly at home. I realise I don't have to do that," she admitted. Coming out of the show, Emily summarises the kind of self-confidence we all ought to acquire in one phrase: "I've learned to accept who I am. This is my skin, my hair, this is what I look like."

Unfortunately, Emily was chased up by keyboard warriors and body-shaming trolls during her time on the ITV show. Emily's sister, twenty-seven-year-old Martha, jumped straight to her rescue after discovering a hate-spreading tweet that shallowly criticised Emily's make-up free look on the show, and she certainly didn't hold back.

It didn't take long for Emily to address the negative comments herself in a post that we can all benefit from taking on board. Check out the video to see what Emily and her sis' had to say to the trolls...
