Have you ever heard of Pallas’s cat? This tiny feline from the cold, inhospitable highlands of Central Asia is particularly ferocious, and it doesn’t much appreciate running into humans on its territory. Chinese scientists had to resort to camera traps to study its behaviour.

And surprise! On film recovered from a camera set up in Xinjiang province, the researchers were delighted to see not just one cat, but four! Or to be precise: a Pallas’s cat and its four precious kittens. Enjoy all of this video’s fluffy cuteness!
