People Are Calling For Sentencing Of Woman Who Filmed Extreme Animal Abuse

A petition already exists on Change.org calling for the woman involved in the video of a cat being killed in a washing machine to be sentenced.

In Spain, animal abuse and cruelty laws are no nearly as strict as in other developed countries in the world. The Spanish Criminal Code dictates that in cases like this, the harshest sentencing the woman could receive is a mere year and a half sentence in prison. Groups like “El Partido Animalista” in Spain have been pushing on the government to enforce stricter laws and sentencing when dealing with animals, but so far they’ve had no luck.

Psychopathic behaviour

The behaviour by the woman in the video more than qualifies her as a danger to society. Taking pleasure and finding entertainment in the abuse, torturing, and killing of animals are incredibly worrisome. Doctors have identified many cases in which psychopaths often begin with animals before moving on to other victims.
