Tesco and Sainsbury both have meal deals that start at £3.50. Tesco’s meal deal comes with selected sandwiches, wraps, rolls, pastries, or salads plus a drink and a snack. A meal deal offered by Sainsbury’s includes a main, which could be a sandwich, pasta, wrap, or pastry, a snack and a drink.

Asda does not offer a set meal deal like the earlier stores. However, it offers three items for the price of two, which could be an equivalent to a meal deal. The price range for these items are between £3 to £5.
Aldi also does not have set meals. It does offer a variety of sandwiches, wraps, pasta, drinks, and snacks at very economical costs, with an egg and cress sandwich costing 85p and a bottle of water being 35p.
More under this adMore under this adLidl is also in the same boat with no meal offers. But they offers a wide array of lunch foods at attractive prices. According to the report, it is possible to spend less that £3 at Lidl for a whole lunch meal comprising of sandwich, snack and a drink.
