It is composed of 15g of lipids, 9g of carbohydrates, and 2g of proteins. The weight of a whole avocado is about 200g, which corresponds to 330 calories. This fruit is particularly caloric because it contains a lot of lipids. However, this does not remove its many nutritional qualities, and it does not mean that it will make you fat.
