Best tool to reheat fast-food restaurant burger

According to Foodsguy, the best kitchen equipment to reheat burger from McDonald’s or Burger King or any other fast-food place, is the standard kitchen oven.

The reason for this is because using an oven ensures the leftover food will receive a steady heat which would not leave some parts of the burger drier or soggier than the rest. Also, the integrity of the external layers of the burger can be preserved with this method.

How to reheat the burger in the oven

Foodsguy recommends the following steps to reheat your left-over burger.

  • Deconstruct your burger and disassemble all its constituent parts including the patty, salad and the buns
  • Scrape away any sauces on the patty
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F or about 180°C and heat the burger and buns in the oven for 6-7 minutes.
  • Once done, reassemble your burger, adding fresh salad and sauce if you like.

Your reheated burger is ready for you to enjoy.

When in a pinch, you can also use a pan. Follow the same steps except heating your burger and buns in a pan instead of an oven.
