Spicy food

Spicy food causes acid reflux. It may be a useful way to trigger labour but it sure doesn’t help when it comes to sex. Chewing gum or mints

Mints may be your go-to move before starting the scene but it may not be the right move. Chewing something without swallowing creates an influx of air in your stomach and can build wind in your stomach. Meaning, you’ll be burping or farting more than ever.
