According to Philly Mag, Greene and her daughter went to pick up her 4-year-old granddaughter from the pre-school. They stopped at the McDonald’s on 69th Street in Upper Darby to get some food for the child and returned home.
Upon getting back home, as the child was going to open her Happy Meal to eat it, she heard some noise and thought it must be the toy inside.
