Ingredients: 2 parts (6 cl) Aperol, 3 parts (9 cl) Prosecco wine and 1 part (3 cl) soda
Preparation:
- Take a glass filled with ice and pour in the Aperol, Prosecco and soda.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
- Stir well before drinking.
- You can also use sparkling water instead of soda.
Margarita

Ingredients: 2 parts (5 cl) tequila, 1 part (0.5 cl) lime juice and 1 part (0.5 cl) orange-flavoured liqueur.
Preparation:
- Pour the tequila, lime juice and liqueur into a cocktail shaker. Shake very well until all the elements are blended well.
- Take a wedge of lemon and rub along the rim of the serving glass. Dip the glass’s rim into salt so that you can have the classic margarita salt-rim glass.
- Pour the cocktail into the glass through a strainer, and enjoy your salt-rim Margarita cocktail.
Cuba Libre
