A study that was recently published in the Annals of Internal Medicine journal has revealed that consuming 30 grams of fibre a day could help you lose weight. This one little dietary change could help you get skinny and achieve those results you’ve been after for so long.

Scientists carried out a study with 240 overweight volunteers between 2009 and 2014. Those who followed a diet that was rich in fibre lost more than 20kg in a year in comparison to the 2kg on average lost by the those who did not. And that’s quite a big difference!
