Remember it's important to use natural ingredients when you make dry shampoo. Dry shampoo is typically used to replace a hair wash. It eliminates oily hair and removes dirt buildup. It makes your hair appear cleaner and helps hold hairstyles in place whilst adding extra volume.
1. Dry shampoo recipe: You will need cornstarch, baking soda (use for light hair) or unsweetened cocoa powder (use for dark hair), and peppermint essential oil. Pour 5 tablespoons of cornstarch into a jar then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of baking soda or cocoa powder. Next, add 3 drops of peppermint oil into the mixture. Mix everything with a brush. The dry shampoo will last for 2 months as long as it's stored in closed jar.
