Whitening your teeth with coconut oil couldn’t be easier. Here are the ingredients needed to prepare a whitening toothpaste.

Ingredients:

  1. White or green clay
  2. Baking soda
  3. Coconut oil
  4. Peppermint or lemon essential oil for that fresh feeling

Steps to follow:

In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of clay, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, and 2 drops of peppermint essential oil. Mix to obtain a smooth paste.
