Artificial intelligence can tell us what we'll look like in 10 years
More under this adWe are all curious to know what we will look like in 10, 20 or 30 years’ time. You can now get the answer in images thanks to artificial intelligence.
Can we really work out what someone’s face will look like as it gets older? Thanks to artificial intelligence, we can! According to research carried out by scientists from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics working with a professor from the USA, from now on it is possible to predictexactly how someone’s face will age.

Celebrities were the first guinea pigs
The method thus allows for the depiction of an older face according to the traits of each person and the facial modifications according to the passing of time. Contrary to other studies on the same subject, the technology used simulates:
the effects of ageing extremely accurately. It pushes research a bit further and can be applied to various head-on samples with differing poses, expressions, make-up and contours etc.More under this adMore under this ad
To develop their AI, the researchers have used more than 100,000 images, including the faces of celebrities of different ages. Britney Spears or even Justin Timberlake can be seen, and the results are truly astonishing.
A technology reserved for the police
For now, this technology is not available to the general public but is soon to be used by police to age the faces of fugitives who disappeared several years ago.
