Kiah Twisselman regularly shares before/after pictures of herself on her Instagram account. You have to admit, the difference is incredible. The young woman said she lost more than 9 stone in just one year.

She advocates a healthy lifestyle with a balanced routine, both morally and physically. In fact, in 2018, while still overweight, she wrote as a caption on a photo:

The secret of her weight loss
One year later, the photos speak for themselves as Kiah now has a toned and slimmed-down figure. To achieve this result, she followed a few very simple but effective rules when applied over the long term:
- She is physically active for at least 30 minutes a day.
- She wakes up an hour earlier every day.
- She has eliminated all foods that are bad for the body.
- She drinks 4 pints of water per day.
- She writes 10 things for which she is grateful down every day.
She explained that to have these kinds of results, you don't have to worry about making a drastic change from one day to the next. On the contrary, the best results can be achieved with just a few small changes. In her opinion, these small changes should not be underestimated, as in the long term they are just as effective as big changes:
