Although we have seen many videos of popping pimples, squeezing blackheads and removing cysts, this patient’s case takes home the gold in terms of size. This is the kind of case that'll leave you lightheaded after seeing footage of it.

For Sandra Lee, this was just another day in the office. As you can guess by her name, she deals with lots of similar cases on a daily basis. For us on the other hand, it is rather unusual to witness.

A huge, particularly visible and most likely incredibly annoying lump the size of a ping pong ball was protruding from the patient’s shoulder and was causing him lots of problems and hindrances in his daily life.

After undergoing the operation, the patient will have definitely needed a few days to recover. And after you see the footage in the video above, you will surely understand why.
