In recent years, little houses have been springing up all over the place. These are known as ‘Tiny Houses,’ small houses up to 300 square feet in size, sold at unbeatable prices. But how can this small house be self-sufficient? Quite simply thanks to the solar panels installed on its roof. The installations in the kitchen have even been made from recycled plastic bottles. The IKEA style is very much in evidence in this house: everything is clean, minimalist in Scandinavian style, and there's a perfect mix of wood and more modern materials. Its large bay windows bathe the house in pleasant natural light.
And the price?
This Tiny House will be sold for around £55,000. However, you should know that you cannot set up your mini house just anywhere. You can, however, buy or rent a plot of land. Many people who follow this lifestyle rent a spot in a campsite all year round. The site is enclosed and constantly monitored, which prevents damage to your property.
