From Lunar New Year's Eve through the Lantern Festival, the Chinese New Year, also known as the Spring Festival or Lunar New Year, lasts 16 days. The Chinese zodiac calendar comprises 12 animal signs, and 2022 will be the Year of the Tiger, which is the third sign.
