Show bosses have contestants’ security and safety as their first priority. According to The Sun, while the show’s cast and crew are completely safe, Love Island bosses are closely monitoring the situation to get things under control.

The insider explained that fires are ‘not uncommon’ in South Africa, however, that doesn’t make it any ‘less worrying.’ If the blaze is not put under control, it can be immensely destructive. The insider added:
