Winter Love Island: Fans claim Haris Namani’s eviction was orchestrated as his father defends him

Last night’s episode ended on a cliffhanger as the two new Aussie bombshells – Jessie and Aaron – were given the power to dump two Islanders. This comes after it was reported that Haris Namani has been evicted from the show, but the girl Islander leaving the show is still not revealed.

Fixed eviction

Haris Namani’s eviction comes hours after a video of him in a street brawl emerged. Viewers sitting at home find this to be ‘very convenient’ that Haris got evicted right after the video went viral, reported The Sun.

As the new Aussie bombshells have the power to send two Islanders packing, fans took to Twitter to express their anger. One wrote:

I defo think the aussies are baso the producers pawns. Go for will to get votes. Vote out haris cos his been in a scandal.

Another two added:

Jessie & Aaron make the decision? So what the producers got them to send home Haris so it still looks authentic?

So the producers obviously did that so they can tell Jessie and Aaron to send Haris home.

However, a source claimed otherwise. The source said:

The Islanders seen in the bottom six last night were as a result of the public vote.

Two Islanders have then been asked to decide who is dumped.

They are making the decision based on their personal experiences in the Villa and that alone.

Haris is a good boy

This comes after Haris Namani’s father Mehedin Namani publicly defended his son over the street brawl. According to Daily Star, father Namani shared that Haris and the guy in the video are friends and his son is not a ‘thug.’

Haris’s dad explained:

This happened two years ago. They're friends. They shook hands. This was a long time ago - it's nothing.

He's not a bad boy. He's got a good record. He's been brought up in the right way. This is just people who are jealous and they want to put him down.
